MA MFT Intern
As an Intern Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), I am committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a holistic understanding of the complexities of relationships and personal well-being.
I am currently enrolled with Kairos University seeking my Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, and I am currently completing my supervised internship clinical hours. My experience includes working with clients on issues such as relationship dynamics, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and personal growth.
I have a particular interest in helping clients navigate life's transitions, heal from trauma, and develop healthier communication patterns. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, identify their strengths, and work towards their goals. My therapeutic approach incorporates active listening, cognitive challenging, and mindfulness techniques to promote mental health and well-being.
I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of my clients and contributing to the field of mental health.
